1. المقدمة

مرحباً بك في Salesly.

بتحميلك تطبيق Salesly ("التطبيق") أو الوصول إليه أو استخدامه، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام. إذا كنت لا توافق، يرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق.

Salesly منصة تربط المستخدمين بالتجار المحليين من خلال عرض العروض الترويجية والخصومات بناءً على الموقع.

2. التعريفات

• "المستخدم" يشير إلى أي شخص يستخدم التطبيق.
• "التاجر" يشير إلى الأنشطة التجارية المسجلة التي تقدم عروضاً عبر المنصة.
• "المنصة" تشير إلى تطبيق Salesly والخدمات المرتبطة به.
• "الإدارة" تشير إلى فريق إدارة المنصة.

3. الأهلية

يجب ألا يقل عمرك عن 18 عاماً لإنشاء حساب. وباستخدامك Salesly فإنك تؤكد أن المعلومات المقدمة صحيحة ومُحدَّثة.

4. حسابات المستخدمين

يمكن للمستخدمين التسجيل عبر رقم الهاتف أو غيره من الطرق المعتمدة.

أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية حسابك، وعن دقة المعلومات المقدمة، وعن جميع الأنشطة التي تتم من خلال حسابك.

يحتفظ Salesly بالحق في تعليق أو إنهاء الحسابات المخالفة لهذه الشروط.

5. مسؤوليات التاجر

يتحمل التجار المسؤولية الكاملة عن دقة العروض، وصحة الأسعار ونسب الخصم، وجودة المنتجات والخدمات، والامتثال للقوانين المحلية، والالتزام بالعروض المنشورة طوال فترة صلاحيتها.

لا يضمن Salesly جودة خدمات التجار، وليس مسؤولاً عن النزاعات التي تنشأ بين المستخدمين والتجار.

6. العروض والحملات الترويجية

• يتم إنشاء العروض وإدارتها من قِبل التجار.
• لا يضمن Salesly توفر العروض.
• يجوز للتاجر تعديل العروض أو إزالتها في أي وقت.
• يتحمل المستخدمون مسؤولية التحقق من تفاصيل العرض قبل الشراء.

7. المدفوعات والاشتراكات

يمكن للتجار الاشتراك في خطط مدفوعة.

• رسوم الاشتراك غير قابلة للاسترداد ما لم يُنص على خلاف ذلك.
• قد يؤدي التخلف عن سداد رسوم الاشتراك إلى تعليق الحساب.
• يجب استخدام أرصدة المحفظة وفقاً لقواعد المنصة.

8. المحفظة والمعاملات

بالنسبة للتجار الذين يستخدمون المحفظة داخل التطبيق، يتم تسجيل جميع المعاملات، ويجوز للإدارة مراجعة أي نشاط مشبوه. وقد يؤدي النشاط الاحتيالي إلى تعليق الحساب بشكل دائم.

9. الإشعارات

باستخدامك للتطبيق، فإنك توافق على تلقي الإشعارات المتعلقة بالعروض الجديدة، وقرب انتهاء العروض، وتحديثات الحساب، وإعلانات المنصة.

يمكنك تعطيل الإشعارات من إعدادات جهازك في أي وقت.

10. الملكية الفكرية

جميع المحتويات والعلامات التجارية والشعارات والبرمجيات المتعلقة بـ Salesly هي ملك لـ Salesly.

لا يجوز للمستخدمين أو التجار نسخ محتوى المنصة أو إعادة إنتاجه أو توزيعه دون إذن مسبق.

11. حدود المسؤولية

يعمل Salesly كوسيط رقمي بين المستخدمين والتجار، وليس مسؤولاً عن عيوب المنتجات، أو عدم الرضا عن الخدمة، أو إلغاء التجار للعروض، أو الخسائر المالية الناتجة عن التعامل مع التجار.

يوافق المستخدمون على حل النزاعات مباشرةً مع التجار.

12. تعليق الحساب وإنهاؤه

يحتفظ Salesly بالحق في تعليق حسابات المستخدمين أو التجار المخالفين، وإزالة العروض الاحتيالية، وحظر الحسابات المسيئة، وإنهاء الخدمة وفقاً لتقديره.

13. البيانات والخصوصية

يقوم Salesly بجمع بيانات المستخدمين ومعالجتها وفقاً لـسياسة الخصوصية. وباستخدامك للتطبيق فإنك توافق على هذه المعالجة.

14. التعديلات على الشروط

يجوز لـ Salesly تحديث هذه الشروط في أي وقت. ويُعد استمرار استخدامك للتطبيق بعد التحديث موافقة منك على الشروط المعدلة.

By downloading, accessing, or using the Salesly mobile application ("App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Salesly is a platform that connects users with local merchants by displaying promotional offers and discounts based on location.

2. Definitions

• "User" refers to any individual using the application.
• "Merchant" refers to registered businesses offering promotions through the platform.
• "Platform" refers to the Salesly mobile application and related services.
• "Admin" refers to the platform management team.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By using Salesly, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and up to date.

4. User Accounts

Users may register using phone number or other approved methods.

You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality, ensuring accurate information, and all activities under your account.

Salesly reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Merchant Responsibilities

Merchants are fully responsible for the accuracy of offers, valid pricing and discount percentages, quality of products/services, compliance with local laws, and honoring published offers during their validity period.

Salesly does not guarantee merchant service quality and is not responsible for disputes between users and merchants.

6. Offers & Promotions

• Offers are created and managed by merchants.
• Salesly does not guarantee availability of offers.
• Offers may be modified or removed at any time by the merchant.
• Users are responsible for verifying offer details before purchase.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

Merchants may subscribe to paid plans.

• Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension.
• Wallet balances must be used according to platform rules.

8. Wallet & Transactions

For merchants using the in-app wallet, all transactions are recorded. Admin may review suspicious activity. Fraudulent activity may result in permanent suspension.

9. Notifications

By using the App, you agree to receive push notifications related to new offers, expiring promotions, account updates, and platform announcements.

You may disable notifications in your device settings.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and software related to Salesly are the property of Salesly.

Users and merchants may not copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Salesly acts as a digital intermediary between users and merchants and is not liable for product defects, service dissatisfaction, merchant cancellations, or financial losses from merchant interactions.

Users agree to resolve disputes directly with merchants.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

Salesly reserves the right to suspend violating users/merchants, remove fraudulent offers, block abusive accounts, and terminate service at its discretion.

13. Data & Privacy

Salesly collects and processes user data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to this processing.

14. Changes to Terms

Salesly may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
